Charge Advisor e-mobility platform is designed to bring the highest level of energy efficiency integrating Smart Charging services with EMSP, V2G and Charging Point analytics. Charge Advisor manages the new generation services of vehicle recharging.

DESCRIZIONE DETTAGLIATA DEL PROGETTO

Charge Advisor e-mobility platform is designed to bring the highest level of energy efficiency throughout the whole energy value chain. Integrating Smart Charging services with EMSP, V2G evolution and Charging Point analytics, Charge Advisor manages the new generation services on vehicle recharging (G2x DRS). It also provides features such as the Load Area Controller that enables the EV User to remotely interact with Charging Stations to reserve the recharging slot based on its needs and the Macro Load Area Aggregator feature that delivers smart charging using active demand products, matching smart grid constraints and driver preferences. Our mobility platform makes the electric mobility experience enjoyable with a practical tool that allows you to plan a trip and recharge vehicles in an “intelligent” way, that is, respecting both the preferences of the drivers and the power constraints of the network.Instead of a complex and stressful charging experience, we provide transparent access to power charging from the power grid. Charging operators looking for a fully managed and controlled charging solution, respecting the needs of customers and stakeholders, will be able to provide a plug-in service, scalable, compliant with regulations, with savings on recharging and installation costs, and an improvement in the number of refills; also, by controlling the charging power, they can provide to the power grid the balancing power needed to turn the risk resulting from uncontrolled EV charging into the opportunity of mitigating intermittency of renewables and increasing the grid hosting capacity.

ELEMENTI DI INNOVAZIONE

Charge Advisor product is producing value for our clients with its advanced user preference management and dynamic pricing through intelligent control of charging rate and time of charge flexibility for electric vehicles. Our expertise from being Living Lab leader and use case developer in several European Projects (ICT17/ICT19) focused on smart and electro-mobility is giving us advantage by being able to use Ares2t know-how to further develop the product and business strategy based on market requirements and benchmark from extensive trial activity.

CUSTOMER NEEDS

Our target customer is B2B, consisting of companies that have electric fleets and private charging points, Charging Point Operators and Distribution System Operators since our platform provides the Charging Operator with advanced functionalities for users and DSO in terms of navigation, charging control and active demand services. It is also designed to provide services and solutions that manage Smart Mobility services for local POI (point of interest) such as IOT-Enabled Logistics services (e.g. Smart Pickup and Delivery, Smart Waste Management). We are targeting each client segment with bundles that will be defined as a combination of features.

BUSINESS MODEL

The most important fixed and variable costs are taken into account by the business plan based on the identification of the following revenue streams:
Activation fee (including first solution setup and configuration)
Annual recurring fee (annual license fee incl. evolutionary maintenance costs and including optimization service) Pay per use (5G network access SIM, to support scalability). Recurring service bundle fee (MEC data processing, Local data storage, Network Slicing)

SCALABILITY & REPLICABILITY

Developed and tested in evolved 5G field test environments (e.g. Torino Smart City 5G on TIM infrastructure) and following the “As-A-Service” model, Charge Advisor provides the Charging Operator with advanced functionalities for users and DSO in terms of navigation, charging control and active demand services. It is also designed to provide services and solutions that manage Smart Mobility services for local POI (Point Of Interest) such as IOT-Enabled Logistics services (e.g., Smart Pickup and Delivery, Smart Waste Management) allowing scalability.
